My Favorite Moves from Best Body Bootcamp Phase 1

Phase 1 of Best Body Bootcamp is in the books! Phase 1 consists of weeks 1 and 2… then we get new workouts every two weeks to make four mini phases during the 8 week bootcamp. Today I thought I would share a favorite move from workouts A, B and C. Tina works very hard at creating unique workout combinations, so you’re just going to have to join in next time for more detail! Hopefully this will wet your appetite though!

Favorite Move from Workout A: Ball Squats



Why my favorite? So simple yet so effective. When I don’t have a weight training program to follow I often forget about this option, but I’m going to make a conscious effort to remember them now! Cathe’s video is a little more advanced that what Tina had us do, but it just goes to show you that there are so many variations even with a simple move!

Favorite Move from Workout B: One Leg Touch Down Squats



Why my favorite? I feel strong when I get through each set and then finish the circuits. My left leg isn’t as good as my right, but I’m working on it. This is another move that I need to remember!

Favorite Move from Workout C: Reverse Fly Bent Over Dumbell



Why my favorite? The feeling I get in my upper back the next day makes me feel so strong and accomplished. I need to listen to the girl in the video though, and go a little lighter than the 10 pound dumbbells I was using.
