Week 1 of Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp Round 4 ends Sunday and it’s been a very good week!

- Sunday: 5 mile group mom run (BBB starts on Mondays but I wanted to mention this!)
- Monday: BBB Workout A
- Tuesday: no power / no workout
- Wednesday: BBB Workout B (all core related – amazing!)
- Thursday: 4 mile run
- Friday: off
- Saturday: I could have done a low-key 4 mile race, but after Xander was up 3x through the night I opted to wait for the warm weekend weather and go on a family run. John and I covered 5.5 miles in a run/walk while Xander snoozed off and on in the jogger
- Sunday: I will complete Workout C
I absolutely loved workout B. Tina put together all type of moves that engaged the core. When I was reading the list of moves we would be doing to complete the circuit, I wasn’t sure how some of them were “core work” initially. That is, until I did them for three circuits! These workouts are no joke and I’m going to continue to join in on her bootcamps.
For me, even though this is round 4 of BBB, this is only my second round. I can’t say enough great things about what weight training has already done for my body. I have tons of room for improvement, of course, but I can’t imagine not having weight training in my life.
